TPL is an open office planning that encourages and enables collaboration and participation of employees and helps to create a conductive environment. A business class reception with brown, ash white interior distributed sensibly, that each space has its exclusiveness being illustrated as a piece of art. An amalgamation of high-end material such as marble, travertine, and wood gives the space a luxurious character. The wide use of wood brings out all the shades of brown whether it the ceiling, the floor or the furniture, blending in every space of the building floor. The sense of space is visible in every room; either it’s the office room or client interaction spaces.
Even the conference room is slightly slender but has an impact of openness with 3 sides of glass walls, as if it was a showcase, wrapped around a brass handrail. But the real showcase is the lounge with its open counter kitchenette located in the center of the building connecting both the employers and the employees from their office tables. The working station even holds the same theme but with the double glazed windows which allow natural light to become a part of a daily schedule of the employees, kicking the dark impression away. As the planning of the office encourages maximum natural light to enter the space while providing outside views. Water bodies and planters at strategic intervals bring the essence of nature in space.
