About Project

Total Construction has provided its services to the corporate division on a grand scale. Meezan Bank Headquarters covers an area of 250,000. sft and consists of a fully equipped state of the art building swimming pool, gymnasium, mosque, and car parking. The main building comprises of seven floors. The top floor is the executive level where the President’s office and the board of director’s conference hall are located along with the executive lounge. All the managerial staff and different departments are located on other floors. An auditorium is on the rooftop of the building. The façade of the building has a sleek and modern look with granite and glass cladding. Considering the locality and the capacity it caters to it, it was necessary for the building to the eco-friendly.

To achieve this purpose, the glass cladding technique was employed to utilize maximum natural light along with the huge external area that was paved and installed with foliage adding to the beauty of the entire project. All the necessary raw material has been imported from abroad. Granite stone has been used in the exterior as well as in the interior of the structure. The use of baton stone (Sil batta) for the walls added a unique touch to the interior. Contrasting color scheme compliments the overall theme of the project. Granite and porcelain tiles are used in pathways and carpet tiles are used for the working spaces.

The interior consists of multiple water bodies and small ponds to enhance the eco-aesthetic appeal within the premises. The utility building contains a power generation plant with other maintenance services. This highly equipped unit has all the necessary commodities to deal with the different circumstances. The utility building is connected to the head office building via a container that has porthole windows and laminated wooden flooring, which a unique task was done at Meezan Bank.
