About Project

IBA student’s center is a student relaxation space project undertaken by Total construction. The facility is designed according to the international standards with top quality material. High strength deformed steel has been used in the core of the structure that required concrete to be prepared by batching a plant on site. The façade of the structure allows illumination with natural light in almost every area, with appropriate use of wide windows that sets in with the atheistic. The central atrium connects with both outdoor deck and indoor courtyard, creating a sense of interrelated spaces. Even being a single entity the spaces within has different wall treatment providing each space its own individual sense as the interior was meant to be “youthful’. IBA student’s center is constructed to encourage a sense of community by introducing an interactive sitting area, providing the students the space needed for social interaction along with a badminton court, a café, a snooker pool, and much more. Facilitating each individual sensibly through large circulation pathways, with ramps and elevators for the disables. The IBA Student’s Center, located on IBA’s Main Campus, accommodates recreational spaces like the Dining hall, Lounges, Café, IT hall, Gym, Indoor Play areas, with plenty of spill out areas and a rooftop amphitheater.
