About Project

Beaconhouse School System P.E.C.H.S Campus is an educational facilities project undertaken by Total Construction.
This project is planned in two phases. In Phase one, Total Construction has completed two blocks. Blocks A & B are for the secondary section and O’Levels section. This phase consists of swimming pool, gymnasium, science and I.T Lab and library along with first aid unit and tuck shop. High strength deformed steel has been used in the core of the structure. Concrete is prepared by batching plant on site of 30cu.m per hour capacity. Granite is vastly used in basic flooring. Porcelain tiles have been used to enhance the aesthetics of walls. Insulation sheets have been mounted on the rooftop to keep the building cool. Doors and windows are made of red meranti wood with tempered glass for window panes. The overhead, underground water tanks, and septic tank are installed with heavy duty water pumps.

PHASE TWO: In phase two, further academic blocks, cricket ground, basketball court, cafeteria, and auditorium have been planned. Block C is for the primary section and comprises of all the classrooms as well as the administration section. Block D comprises of the staff room and the art room. Block E is reserved for the auditorium section, which is a state of the art structure with curved walls and stepped ceiling for which the formwork has been specially fabricated. The auditorium will cover an area
of 8,500 sq ft with a capacity of 1500 people. Value engineering has been applied to the entire project so as to the best possible results with maximum possible cost reduction, in order to satisfy the client.
